Nothing grinds my gears more than women unknowingly normalising self-doubt and incompleteness when, in reality, they’re part of the boundlessness of nature that doesn’t need validation to bloom. 🌱
I started dishing out self-help books to my friends at 16 years old when I felt they were undermining their worth in a relationship. I went on to work in the domestic abuse sector, immersing myself in the painful reality of female self-hate and the unconscious power dynamics between men and women. 🌍
I’ve always had a fire in my belly for female self-love and the healing women (and the planet) undergo when we realise we’re part of the abundant glory of nature Herself. 🌸
Temple of Love Magic is a community hub to alchemise Crippling Insecurity into Embodied Wholeness.

I know all too well the invisible fear of being myself…that convincing inner voice telling me I have something to prove and that to be loved I must appease those outside of my body, instead of following the pleasure of my authenticity.
I believed I didn’t have a right to exist. I hid behind an identity of being good, attractive, desirable, selfless, etc. While the messy, tender, passionate, and wild essence of me stayed silent, waiting for permission to exist —be it from partners, peers, or the ‘right’ circumstances.
I was unaware of my crippling insecurity and believed that it was normal to priortise my physical image, sense of control and material success, above how nourished I felt, what I desired and serving the creative power of my unique genius and erotic energy.
I was terrified of being truly seen in my relationships, and I projected my power onto their approval and desire of me. I’d fall under the weight of stories telling me there was no space for the real me, even though embodying my authenticity was the missing key in the relationship. This dynamic rippled into my purpose work, and I was frozen from receiving the blessings of being uniquely me.
Slowly, a spell began to break…I saw my conditioning as a collective paradigm of female insecurity that my sensitive self had internalised. I saw beneath the cracks and remembered the organic reality of how radically overflowing with love I am, even in my most awkward imperfections.
Here’s a secret: I still collide with this internal battle. It’s my deepest dharma, and it forever schools me. The difference is that I let it alchemise me into deeper authenticity every day.

When unchecked, insecurity is a sneaky virus that always has you grabbing onto something or someone outside of yourself: a lover who worships you, validation from someone who doesn’t see you, or the mental certainty of the future.
In this power struggle, you constantly chase your tail, waiting for fulfilment to fall into your lap and hoping for the day when you can finally stop doubting your wholeness. When this is playing out, Nothing Can Get In ❌- including enriching intimacy and embodying your gifts 🗝

I’m gonna be real with you…
You might think you need the perfect relationship, the pinnacle of success, or the healing of all your wounds to feel at ease.
But that’s a projection of a much deeper hunger…
Trust me, I’ve fallen into the trap enough times! 😉
You long for your unapologetic fullness and radiant authenticity, beyond anyone else’s opinion or projection of you.
At the core of your insecurity is a desire to experience yourself as part of Nature’s overflowing wellspring of Beauty, Truth and Aliveness, even when you feel messy, exhausted or low.

Not the fantasy of those things that coddle your ego and give you a false sense of safety, but the healing, purpose and intimacy that’s simply an extension of your embodied essence awake to itself.
The secret of Love Magic is that your relationship with yourself is the primary force behind everything else.
I could speak to the part of you that wants secure love, a flourishing bank account, or the algorithm to be permanently on your side…
But I know it's not what you actually want.
Because the above is interconnected with your relationship with yourself and the initiations needed for your evolution - I have cycled in all of it, the highs, lows and in-betweens, and I can tell you: attaching your sense of self to any of it is a recipe for suffering.
These projections of “I’ll be whole when X” keep you from truly coming alive and letting life pour into you because you’re an innately worthy human who deserves to feel connected, inspired and liberated.
What you really desire is to experience the Invincible Love at the core of your being, which can’t be squished by someone’s perception of you or the fluctuating circumstances of life.
It’s not approval and permission that you crave!
It’s to be so deliciously FULL of You that you’re not concerned with grasping for certainty or the drama of chasing love.
You’re more concerned with being enlivened, honest and deeply rooted so you can collaborate with life and receive its ever-unfolding medicine.
